This recipe looks delicious; I have not yet tried it, but plan to very soon!

1. In a food processor mix 200g raw walnuts until they resemble crunchy flour
2. Add 15 fresh pitted dates – pulse until mixed
3. Then add 5 Tbs cocoa powder, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 3 Tbs coconut or olive oil, 4 Tbs apple sauce (unsweetened) – pulse until well combined
4. Lastly add 100g blackberries and only pulse a few times so you keep them in pieces.
5. Pour into a greased 20cm non-stick spring pan and bake for 40 min.
6. Cool and top with this amazing topping:
Topping:
1. 150g chocolate – melted over hot water
2. Blended with 1/2 ripe avocado and 1 Tbs maple syrup and a little salt
3. Decorate with 100g blackberries (serve with natural yogurt if your are not really Vegan)
