Easy and delicious!

1 cup raisins
2/3 cup nuts (almonds or hazel nuts)
3 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
½ cup desiccated coconut
Rind of 1 orange, grated finely

Blend nuts until very fine and transfer into a bowl. Blend raisins and add to nuts, along with oil and rind. Mix and form into balls. Roll in coconut. Store in fridge for freezer.
