What better summer-time treat than home-made ice-blocks! You can do any combination of fruit and natural yoghurt, or for an icy treat freeze 100% fruit juice or fruit smoothies.
2 ripe bananas
½ cup frozen blueberries (or mixed berries)
1 cup natural full fat yoghurt
1 tsp vanilla essence
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend. Divide into 4 popsicle moulds. Freeze.
