  1. Eat more Free Vegetables & Salad
  2. Include Healthy fats
  3. Good quality proteins for lean muscle mass, satiety, maintaining metabolic rate
  4. Watch the Carbs: for Quality & Quantity.
  5. Include Probiotics for gut health
  6. Avoid/Limit processed foods. What to look for when reading Labels
