Body Balance Nutrition is delighted to share the results of our recent Client Satisfaction Survey! At Body Balance Nutrition we are constantly striving to improve our services and as Dietitians we want to ensure we are meeting your needs. During August and September 2013 our Dietitians Abbey Calnan and Adelle Purbrick distributed around 70 anonymous Client Satisfaction Surveys, of which about 42% were returned.

Both positive and negative feedback was welcomed, after all, it is with constructive feedback that we can improve our services.

We received overwhelmingly positive feedback, with 96-100% of clientele satisfied with the appointment process, and 90-100% satisfied with service provision, including length of appointments and value for money.

Some of the comments we received:

“Very professional, prompt and affordable and very happy with info so far”

“Abbey is so understanding and supportive. I would recommend”

“Dietitian was most helpful and interested in my problems”

“Easy to talk to and pleasant”

“Understanding and really practical advice”

“Excellent advice, I have lost weight!”

“I like discount offered for block appointments”

“Dietitian was easy to contact and provided good support out of normal appointments”

We also received some useful constructive feedback and as a result we are taking the following actions to improve our services and better meet your needs:

  • Continuing to provide individualised Sample Meal Plans, specifically detailing portion sizes.
  • In addition, we will also be offering Weekly Menu Plans (2 weeks at a time), including exact meals and snacks for each day of the week including specific portion sizes, recipes and shopping list, to help you reach your goals faster.
  • Continuing our Bulk Appointment Discount, if you book 8 appointments in advance, to make our services for more affordable.
  • We will be developing some new nutrition education resources including meal ideas and sample meal plans to suit people on a budget such as pensioners. We understand that the cost of food is rising, but we can provide examples of how you can still eat healthily even on a budget!

A big thanks to everyone who completed a survey, it is with your feedback that we can strive to improve our services and better meet your needs.
