I’m sure you are all feeling as anxious and uncertain as I am right now. I wanted to update you on Body Balance Nutrition and what our Dietitians are doing regarding the Corona Virus Crisis:

Firstly, Dietitians are deemed an essential service so we are still working. At all our clinics are are using Extra Hygiene Measures: disinfecting between clients, hand sanitizer between clients and for clients use at start and end of consult, extra air flow, waiting outside if possible before your appointment.

Some of us are doing Skype/Telehealth/FaceTime consults. As of Monday 30th March, Adelle Purbrick will be doing all consults via Skype/Telehealth/FaceTime. This means you can still get expert nutrition advice without leaving your house!

How Skype/Telehealth/FaceTime consults work:

1) Book a time like usual.

2) If you have a Skype Account, Adelle will call you via Skype. If you have access to a computer but no Skype Account, Adelle will email you a Skype meeting link prior to your appointment, just click on the link, it will take you to Skype Meeting, then click ‘Start Call’.

If you have no access to Skype/Computer, but have a Smart Phone, Adelle will call you on FaceTime.

If you have none of above, Adelle can do a phone consult.

3) Adelle will then email you all information/resources/meal plans.

4) Adelle will email you an invoice with direct transfer details.

5) Once invoice is paid, Adelle will do your Medicare Rebate online (if you have your bank account details registered with Medicare) OR if you are claiming with Private Health Fund, Adelle will email you a receipt for  you to claim.
